Conversation around the sustainability and inclusion labels awarded to France's implementation of the UN Ocean Conference. France's implementation of the UN Ocean Conference was awarded AFNOR's "Sustainable Event" and "Gender Equality for Large Events" certifications. The recognition highlights France's commitment to high sustainability and inclusion standards. The award also celebrates France's voluntary carbon offset of the conference, including support for PosBacia25—the first blue carbon project certified under the French "Label Bas Carbone," focused on protecting Posidonia seagrass in the Mediterranean.
