The Solutions Dialogue on Ocean Action and Leadership at the Climate Summit 2026 is being convened by the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the Ocean and the Secretary General's Climate Action Team. Panel 1: Coherence in ocean governance Panel 2: Delivering across the ocean-climate-biodiversity nexus Panel 3: Finance, technology and private-sector solutions The Dialogue on Oceans will bring together political, institutional, scientific and private-sector leaders to consider how existing commitments and solutions can be translated into delivery. It will focus on three connected priorities: strengthening coherence across the international ocean architecture; turning the ocean-climate-biodiversity nexus into integrated action; and mobilising finance, technology and private-sector engagement to move solutions from promising initiatives to scale.
