This June, ultra-endurance athlete Ross Edgley will attempt to become the first person in history to swim the entire coastline of Iceland, over 1,000 miles through sub-zero waters, volcanic currents, and fierce arctic storms. But this isn’t just a world record attempt, it’s a call to action for the ocean. The Great Icelandic Swim is the centerpiece of a collaboration, in partnership with a powerful coalition of researchers, explorers, and creatives.
